DD Culture Shipping & Exchange Policy

At DD Culture, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently while keeping our policies simple and fair.

Shipping

Orders are processed within standard business days and shipped using our selected carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions. Once an order has shipped, DD Culture is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we will assist where possible.

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. We accept exchanges only for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Exchange requests must be made within a reasonable period after delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending items back for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DD Culture is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item based on availability.
